Pros

- On the job training is great. - Good mentorship. - Supportive management. - Comprehensive benefits. - Free parking. - Bonuses and raises for certificates earned during employment. - If you can handle both peak extremely high stress/fast pace and extremely slow pace, the pay isn't bad.

Cons

- Terribly understaffed, many times you will be alone with no cover providing the sole IT support for MULTIPLE entire company departments/offices. - On-site IT staff will treat you like garbage when you escalate tickets to them despite them being the only ones who can do the job. - Despite being able to get raises with certs, there is little room for growth in the company.

If you start working here, you're most likely going to be a field tech. Work with a lot of different companies and state departments, so lots of opportunities to make connections and learn a lot on the job.

Cons

Not always guaranteed, but you can work full-time hours and still not be considered full-time.
