The people at network controls will invest time and money into you as long as you are willing to put in the effort. Nothing in life is free but if you come here and prove yourself, they will pay for you to further your education in our field and that in itself is worth it to me. If you are looking for overtime it's there but its optional and never required.

I haven't got the new 2024 truck yet, but I guess the 2023 will do. lol
