      Pros

      They have good front line staff and dedicated middle management. The staff provides good services despite the chaos behind the scenes.

      Cons

      Constant turnover in leadership. Senior Leadership fires at will. They do not follow their "Core Values" . Employees throw each other under the bus because they are afraid they will be next. A toxic environment with no trust.

      They are a great company ! I’m glad I decided to take the position ! They are understanding , believe in their employees , & are member focused .

      Cons

      They are a great company , but it’s only for Wisconsin residents that can apply. Maybe in the future that will change
