Pros

they have good projects for freshers to learn and grow. Most of the employees are very cooperative.

Cons

Owner and CEO of the company interven n each and every matter. Owner does not have technical background and gives requirements to be accomplished. No protocol of Software Development is followed. Arab speaking get higher salaries. If you do not submit your passport you are terminated. If you do not OBEY management you get terminated. Forced overtime without pay. All the general meetings are held after office hours which continues for hours minimum without any notification. Salary deductions(against the law) without notification. Some employees are hired to spy on others, they take pictures of staff which again is against the law. 3 months notice period. very low payscale.

Evergreen business. Located in beautiful and posh area. Earnings are good.

Cons

From single resource company wants multiple work for e.g. from Business Analyst they also want Tester's work. Poor Management. Only one Saturday is off in a month. Insulting and inhumane behaviour towards employees. One reason why employees are insulted so that employee never asks for Pay Raise. Limited financial growth ( i.e. 500 increment ) . When employee asks for pay raise, he is told it will be unfair to others. Inhumane expectations about work and timelines. Management wants work like super-humans. Management assigns multiple projects and multiple tasks up to 3 or 4 at one time which are equivalent to 2 resources. Expectation of daily late sitting to complete work equivalent to 2 resources. High turnover of employees. Replacement of resources with cheaper ones. For e.g. If company hires someone in 10K, they try to replace him with 8K. Then, after 8K resource is hired, they try to replace him with 6K.This is because they want to save money. Hierarchy is not followed but violated. IT Head asks for some work then Company Owner asks for some other work. Employee gets confused who to obey? Company owner bypasses hierarchy and interferes in all matters.

Pros

get to work in big projects which are used by the government

Cons

Bad management which existed at micro level. The company's top executives shouted at employees and forced them to work till late without any overtime. Many employees worked till late and were asked to be punctual the next day with a salary deduction in case anybody did not. annual leaves were not granted, no uniform work ethics, biased for some specific nationalities and much more.
