Varied work patterns, traveling to many places, expansion of knowledge when working with other departments and other regions, job security
Cons
Very poor travel benefits for post 1994 staff compared to the equivalent on London Underground, especially the annual loan agreement for Yearly season ticket where we are given 75% discount then the money is put into our wages where it is then taxed at source, thus negating any discount in the first place
