      Pros

      - I feel like i've learned a lot in my time working here and with the clients. - You're kind of forced (not in a bad way) to figure things out and research and collaborate with your team to help the end users. - The culture here believes that there is a solution or answer for almost everything, we just have to find it and present. I like that I am challenged, and I know the clients appreciate the work we do as well. - I do feel like Network Right is trying to build a partnership with the clients instead of just being very transactional like my past MSP jobs. - Benefits are very generous for the size we are at. Most startups or MSPs don't have benefits like we do. - Leadership is very transparent and has an open door policy. I like that I can openly talk to leadership and give feedback and I feel like they genuinely listen and care.

      Cons

      - Work life balance can be tough at times - The pressure from finding a solution can be daunting at times. I know my team will support me but I often do not want to bother them, as I know they are also busy.

      -Scrappy startup with a lot of opportunity to learn and grow -You get to work with some of the coolest tech companies -Founders really care about the employees and you can tell that they think through hard decisions -FUN company events

      Cons

      -Since they are a startup sometimes you have to wear multiple hats, but that's not a bad thing -Clients can be challenging to work with

      Pros

      There are a lot of genuinely talented and hardworking people here. Everyone cares about doing good work and supporting one another. Company growth has created opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities and challenges. The company is supportive of professional growth

      Cons

      Due to the nature of startups and the growth of the company, there are challenges. Workload can be high and expectations can at times seem unreasonable. There are periods of high stress across the team and sometimes it feels like the company is not addressing it and prioritizing other things or makes questionable decisions
