Pros
They are small, so much of the company is familiar with one another.
Cons
1. They limit and restrict information to their employees so much that many times, Network Runners employees will know they LEAST of anyone on site. Do not be surprised if you lose your position at the last minute. 2. They do not care AT ALL about employee promotions and career paths. They want you to do whatever makes them the most cash (which still may put you below the salary you deserve. 3. Leadership is family owned. That fact alone isn't a bad thing but it causes them to believe that they are above reproach and will distance themselves from those that question their methods. They are a husband and wife that acts like mom and dad, with all of the employees being children. This keeps them from improving in certain fields, which is why they continue to have the same issues as they did years ago. 4. They don't mind leaving the realm of professionalism. You can be fired in public, have your personal interests announced, yelled at, or even hung up on. I found out the hard way that the expectation of professionalism does not go both ways with the Bhatia's.
