Pros

Casual dress Quiet office Nice size cubicles

Cons

Was hired for one thing and was expected to do other, after 5 days of training was told that I couldn't do the job and was let go. Wasn't given sufficient time to learn. Customers that we dealt with were very unhappy with turnover in department I worked in. Most of the company employees are all family and will stab you in the back. Horseplay by 'family' employees went unnoticed as well as favoritism. (Use of cell phones on floor, taking personal calls etc.)

Pros

I really enjoy working at Networkers! It's a great feeling to love your job and feel valued and appreciated. Networkers has a very comprehensive benefit package (including PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, HRA, FSA, 401k and 401k match) and offers flexibility. The environment is casual, yet highly productive, and the business culture is exciting to be apart of. We are a small company that is growing, so the company has given all employees the opportunity to help develop the culture by establishing a focus group that talks about general business topics and philosophies, and applies them to our organization. Some companies wouldn't even consider doing something like that, so it is really nice that Networkers includes their employees like that. The people are great to work with - everyone cares about each other and helps each other out when necessary. This kind of support really does start at the top, with supportive management. It isn't uncommon for management and the CEO to pitch in on a pinch if there is a deadline to meet for a client. Many of the people in management have been doing this for many years, and are truly experts in what we do. It is amazing to learn from them and to be able to use them as a resource when needed. The company is growing and it is in an industry that remains stable, even during economic downturns. That kind of job security is very valuable. The company also gets involved in giving back to the community in various ways, my favorite being adopting a family during Christmas. It's such a good feeling to see all of the presents the staff decides to buy to lift a local family's spirits during the holiday.

Cons

Since we provide payroll services nationwide, having off during holidays is not feasible.

Pros

Friendly, Casual, Flexible, Great 401K matching, Health Insurance, Employee Outings and Celebrations

Cons

Salary below average, No Sick Days or Personal Days only PTO so days needed for rest and relaxation or personal issues are not separate from vacation time. Employees come to work sick so they don't have to use PTO for illness.
