The culture is very genuine, and as the company grows there is a concentrated effort to acknowledge and reward the team. With growth comes diversification of client base and technologies, which makes for interesting work. The organisation is fairly flat and it feels open and not hierarchial. Opinions are welcomed, and the company adapts accordingly, in a considered fashion

I think it's a pros, but a fully remote role isn't for everyone. Similarly, as NKY is a consultancy, working here best suits people who like variation in their work, and are OK with occasional changes to the plan!
