Pros
HR is great, and the actual work is easy peasy.
Cons
Management constantly creates a hostile work environment by yelling at people, interrupting them, telling them they're wrong when they aren't (100 lb boxes weigh 100 lbs, for instance, not 40 lbs), talking down to you, and creating a literal impossible work environment to shine in.
