Pros
Tech stack is good, a lot of independence, some of the client projects are very interesting, but not all
Cons
We have no idea what the business strategy is, the company feels more like a recruitment company placing staff with clients. Its a very flat structure (good) but the management team struggle to communicate values, vision and a plan. They need to start listening to staff and their concerns, everyone that has left have done so for genuine reasons that the organisation needs to recognise, people that leave are not all bad. Wake up pls.
