As an intern, the work is very entry level -- which is to be expected!

Mass sudden layoffs to employees that have been with the company for many years and to employees they have poached from other larger more established firms. Makes current staff uneasy or worried our jobs are on the chopping block. Southfield and office park, the location is unfortunate and doesn't inspire you. They preach that they are a Detroit based firm but do not allow employees to be be work from their empty office in Detroit and frown upon people from working from home on occasion.
