Great culture! The owners of the company try to get to know everyone and they are super nice!

Not really any cons that I can think of except maybe that the employees somewhat clique-ish.

Management is amazing Pay is decent, but nothing different than any other shop OT is there if you want it Parallel level employees are great people to work with.

Owners are too involved in the company. They hire managers for a reason, there is no need to micro manage the company. If given the chance the owners will bring in their friends and push you out of a position if given the opportunity. Nothing is thrown away and if someone wants it then you will have to dig through the dumpsters to pull it out.
