Thank you for your feedback and acknowledging that you enjoyed your coworkers, lead technician, and the CEO. As an organization, we take great pride to ensure the workplace for our employees is professional, friendly, and balanced with a proper work load, whenever and wherever possible. We also believe in having high cleanliness standards, for the benefit of both staff and patients. Your comment about "massive stress" inside our workplace is disheartening to hear, especially after we went to great lengths to accommodate your personal life challenges that you brought into the workplace. You are an amazing person with a great heart and someone who delivered excellent patient care every day. It was heartbreaking to let you go, but after many months of trying to help you separate your very challenging personal life challenges with your career, we had no choice but to separate, as the complaints from patients and co-workers became too excessive. While we know you did not get along with one of our managers, this 2-star review is unfair. We went out of our way on numerous occasions to help you get the help you needed, including making adjustments to your work schedule, giving you no-cost appointments with our medical director, giving you extra bonuses, paying for some of your medical bills personally, helping you move, and even providing temporary housing for you with one of our team members at no charge. We view this review as retaliatory because you were not re-hired when you reapplied (it popped up here on Indeed the same week your application for re-hire was denied). We have also noticed that you have reapplied a few additional times since, including this past week. Why would you keep applying if your experience with our company was a 2 out of 5? We are sorry that we couldn't keep you, but it was in the best interest of everyone so you could get the help you needed without the distractions and pressure of work at the time. We will always care about you and be grateful for the contributions you made to our work family during your time with us. We wish you nothing but the absolute best and will keep rooting for you and praying God's best for you even from afar!

Pros

Great training and wonderful management and staff. Everyone I met and worked with was helpful and encouraging and competent. Numerous patients commented “wow they really hire well here.” I agree. Even when I visited different clinic locations, everyone was welcoming and only wanted my success. The research they are doing to advance TMS is also incredible as it will lead to helping more people, more quickly, and less expensively. I am very impressed with how well the company is run and the commitment they have to deliver first class care to patients every day. Staff members and patients truly love being here!

Cons

Nothing significant here. NeuroStim is expanding nationally so we don't see senior leadership visit our clinics as much, but they are still engaged with calls and in-person meetings when needed.

Pros

As the HR Manager at NeuroStim for almost two years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to see the company from both an internal and employee-focused perspective—and I can confidently say this is a truly special place to work. The mission to improve patients’ quality of life is at the heart of everything we do, and that purpose drives a culture of compassion, collaboration, and integrity. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in both patient outcomes and employee well-being. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated professionals who care deeply about their work and each other. It’s rewarding to help support and grow such a values-driven organization where every voice matters and contributions are truly appreciated. From onboarding to career development, we focus on creating an environment where people feel empowered, respected, and motivated. Work-life balance is encouraged, and opportunities for growth are abundant.

Cons

None worth noting—NeuroStim is a company that walks its talk
