Pros

As the HR Manager at NeuroStim for almost two years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to see the company from both an internal and employee-focused perspective—and I can confidently say this is a truly special place to work. The mission to improve patients’ quality of life is at the heart of everything we do, and that purpose drives a culture of compassion, collaboration, and integrity. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in both patient outcomes and employee well-being. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated professionals who care deeply about their work and each other. It’s rewarding to help support and grow such a values-driven organization where every voice matters and contributions are truly appreciated. From onboarding to career development, we focus on creating an environment where people feel empowered, respected, and motivated. Work-life balance is encouraged, and opportunities for growth are abundant.

Cons

None worth noting—NeuroStim is a company that walks its talk

Pros

Great training and wonderful management and staff. Everyone I met and worked with was helpful and encouraging and competent. Numerous patients commented “wow they really hire well here.” I agree. Even when I visited different clinic locations, everyone was welcoming and only wanted my success. The research they are doing to advance TMS is also incredible as it will lead to helping more people, more quickly, and less expensively. I am very impressed with how well the company is run and the commitment they have to deliver first class care to patients every day. Staff members and patients truly love being here!

Cons

Nothing significant here. NeuroStim is expanding nationally so we don't see senior leadership visit our clinics as much, but they are still engaged with calls and in-person meetings when needed.

Pros

Working at NeuroStim TMS has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company cultivates a unique culture that seamlessly blends cutting-edge science with a deep commitment to compassion. From day one, it's clear that NeuroStim’s core mission is to help others—whether through the transformative impact of TMS therapy or by creating a supportive, nurturing environment for both patients and staff. NeuroStim stands out for its progressive approach to both patient care and business strategy. Constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in TMS therapy, they integrate the latest research and technologies to achieve optimal outcomes. The leadership team is forward-thinking, always seeking innovative ways to grow and improve, which makes for an exciting, dynamic workplace. There are abundant opportunities for promotion and professional growth within the company. After being with NeuroStim for several years, I've witnessed incredible personal and professional development. The leadership team is genuinely invested in their people, offering clear pathways for growth at every stage of one's career, especially for those who express interest. For those who may not outwardly seek growth, they still recognize and nurture individuals' innate abilities. Despite its growth, NeuroStim has successfully maintained a family-oriented atmosphere. The leadership, including the CEO, regularly visits clinics and knows each staff member personally. The company values its people from the bottom up, recognizing that the organization wouldn't be where it is without its dedicated staff. This commitment to caring for employees creates not only a positive work culture but also contributes to better patient outcomes. One of the most empowering aspects of working here is the company’s commitment to listening to and supporting staff at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued. I genuinely love what I do and who I do it with. My team is like family, and the camaraderie we share is truly unmatched. The blend of compassion, innovation, and focus on progress makes NeuroStim TMS more than just a workplace—it’s a place where you can truly make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

NeuroStim TMS offers a dynamic environment with high-caliber individuals, and many technicians use the role as a steppingstone toward higher education or career advancement. While this creates strong team with competent, compassionate individuals, it can mean shorter tenures in positions due to internal promotions or staff moving onto new exciting school opportunities. (Usually techs who leave for school stay~1-1.5 years, and internal promotions can pull people from their current roles in~6-18 months usually). One area for improvement is the company’s strong emphasis on compassion and offering opportunities for staff to improve. While this focus on growth and leadership development is empowering, it can sometimes slow down decision-making. The grace-filled approach fosters long-term growth, but it can occasionally delay necessary improvements or decisions. However, I would much rather work in an environment that values grace and development over an atmosphere that is cutthroat or allows things to be below standard and miserable. In my long history with NeuroStim, I’ve never seen someone leave the organization without receiving more chances and personal coaching than you can count to improve—whether it’s related to attendance, patient conduct, or other performance aspects.
