      Great staff and good wages. Plenty of opportunities to upskill and develop.

      The office can be quiet if too many people are working from home (great news if you like working from home).

      Pros

      Lovely team, and they find the clients for you. They also remind you often that they are there for you. They have a duty of care, which is amazing. They replied to emails very quickly.

      Cons

      Even though they try to do some socials or virtual meet ups now and then, is very lonely work as 100% remote and as associate is hard to feel part of the team.
