Pace can feel quick at times (not unusual for a growing company) Some processes are still evolving as the company scales Because the team is global, time zones occasionally make scheduling a bit tricky

I was at Neurolabs from mid 2019 up until recently. During this time I felt like I'd progressed in my abilities tenfold and cannot thank the team enough for their support. Working for Neurolabs felt like working in a big family (perks of a startup for sure). Significant amount of trust put on you when you show that you are capable of performing at a high level. The founders are very conscious of your progress with bi-weekly 1-on-1s and will do all that they can to ensure you are happy.

Not much that I can think of in terms of cons. The only thing I wasn't a massive fan of was the distributed team working method as my team was spread across the UK and mainland Europe. I much prefer face to face interaction over video calls however so this is purely down to personal preference.
