The company has a great culture, being natively remote and asynchronous. People are very disciplined with their responsibilities and timelines, and they treat each other with respect. I'm constantly impressed by the high level of maturity and expertise within the company, including its leadership. It's definitely a place that will enable you to become a better professional.

For someone who like working remotely, I don't see any cons.

The interview process was clearly explained from the beginning, including the steps involved and the expected timelines. The interviewers were also professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They focused on culture fit, meaning they assessed my technical skills as well as my fit with the company's culture, which I appreciated.
