Pros
The majority of the staff there are fun to work with. Nice perks; centrally located. I laughed everyday which takes the pressures off of the position I held. Met new people nearly everyday which is always a bonus!
Cons
Poor communication by management. I was there 7 months with no review or discussion of how I was performing. I assumed I was doing fine. Was abruptly let go being told that they were re-adjusting my position and it was nothing personal..everybody here loves you.. I found out later that they had been training someone for my position after hours. Then they did the exact same thing after 6 months to the person that was hired to replace me. No warning.. No review.. Never getting the opportunity to improve or correct whatever may have been a concern to management. I was very disappointed in how they handled laying me off & still don't know why I was let go.
