Pros

Saving lives My dedicated peers Benefits and pay are decent

Cons

It takes some time to catch on but when reality hits and denial is no longer an option, regret sets in. This company is infamous for bringing in unsuspecting professionals from across the country and then pulling the rug out from under them. I have seen so many awesome people move to Vegas after being convinced this is a premiere OPO. And one way or another they leave. Either they object to the dysfunction and are booted or they suck it up and quit. Don’t let the extensive interviews with the gushing staff fool you. Or you will become yet another victim. You will not be allowed to manage your staff. You will not be allowed to bring the OPO into the 21st century. You will be micro-managed, threatened, ridiculed, and blamed for upper management mistakes. And then punished. Oh and then- YOU WILL BE TOLD TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES- yes you read that right. You will be asked to lie. The SLT or senior leadership team are unnamed partners for the tissue business within Nevada Donor Network. They sell tissue (that people donate to the non profit organization) and personally profit from it. They found a loop hole to make money off the OPO. I do not know details but this sounds like conflict of interest. The ethical reg flags are also flying. Much of the other negative reviews are spot on. Read them and be warned. FYI the lengthy raving reviews are from the Senior leaders themselves. How do I know? I listen to them say these words everyday.

Nevada Donor Network has strict internal policies and processes in place, which includes a robust Corporate Compliance Program. In addition to the internal policies, NDN also engages an external third party to perform financial audits and is visited on a regular basis by the regulatory agencies which govern the work we do.

Pros

Base Pay, experience growth, training opportunities

Cons

WAY overworked which leads to burnout and terrible work/life balance. The departments are small and the company chooses to cram more work on employees than hire more. Managers are very catty and do not care about front line needs. Cult mentality and will find a way to fire you if you don't fall in line. Their mission is a con while execs get major bonuses from the work their employees break their backs to do.
