      Pros

      Great employees. Great climates to work in. Less traffic for commute. Lots to do in your life outside work. Multiple work locations.

      Cons

      Tough management styles. Some bad winter weather to work in. Hard to move locations with low seniority. Older work force.

      Pros

      Management is responsive to employee needs. They seek to solve problems, (but it has to be at critical mass before they listen). Pay is good, comparable to industry standards.

      Cons

      Company lays off or offers early retirement every 5 years or so. Has a terrible public relations problem. Not liked by the public at all. Lots of favoritism.
