Reimbursement for Credentials and conferences after nagging for it. Payed for my trip out for the interview and compensation for relocation
Cons
No communication! Be careful when you talk to owner. If he is already in a bad mood, you get the brunt of it, and he is nearly always in a bad mood. Making him unapproachable. No raises for over 5 years (not even cost of living).
