Pros
Experienced and Freshers can work together. No office politics. Management is very cooperative and helpful but professional too. Salary structure is better. Having PF, ESI, Insurance for employees and family too, has bonus etc. Yearly "BEST EMPLOYEE AWARD". Administration is strong but very friendly. Work culture is very good. The freshers have an opportunity to learn and work. Seniors too are very helpful. HR is well advanced. Salary of employees are in time. Potential issues are identified before they become real problems. Employees feel comfortable coming to leadership with new concepts. Individuals are motivated to share ideas that might improve the organization. and many more.....
