Pros
The solutions are great and the product is genuinely the best for high availability. Being within the support area would be a good job but sales is a scary environment. If you are able to achieve quotas at a phenominal rate and if you are equiped to hande alot of pressure from upper management then this would probably be a good job for you. If you enter the inside sales role the commisions can be great as long as you work at it but you will need to make at least 100 calls a day in order to achieve a good bonus.
Cons
They let people go quite a bit here. When I started there were seven workers on my team and about ten on the outside sales team. We are now down to two on inside sales and about 3 on outside sales. If you are hired by an agency as a temp to work for Neverfail, they will never hire you on, even though it states that they will hire you on within 6 months your contract. Not happy about that situation at all and it could use some major improvements. The environment is quiet but that is a bad thing since it is becasue all the workers are getting fired.
