Can’t think of anything to criticise

Large flexi-time windows, paid time and 3/4 overtime (both very rare in the design industry), work from home flexibility and a workshop next door so you can pop down and ask any technical questions and see the products being made. Great place to finesse the basics of ArchiCAD, Photoshop and bespoke joinery.

Awkward location, kind of impossible to get to unless you drive and super bad for traffic. Quite a depressing office with a call centre vibe. Not much development once you've learnt the basics and can become quite repetitive. Overtime is also switched on and off dependant on cash flow.
