Diversified OEM products range. Management is always ready to implement of best methodologies in the factory. No one gives you responsibility,it has to be taken. Managment treat all employees as family members & goes beyond policies to help them thier emergency needs.
Cons
Tuesday's weekly off disturbs the work-life balance. With the current pace of growth, factory space is falling short. Need for having proper HR policies regarding travel, leave management, incentive, and training of the employees with proper career growth plans.
