Toxic culture - Recruitment New Appointments Group Employee Review

Where do I start the micromanagement in this business makes it unbearable. The managers are condescending and they do not help you to learn. You will barely make any commission as a new employee. There is an overall low morale for this whole company, unless you are in the management. Not to mention the pay they give you is barely survivable. They also to set you on realistic targets and keep changing the goalposts.
