Pros

I had a great internship here. Solid team lead, great manager, in-depth trainings, learned a lot.

The work piles up, especially close to the election.

Pros

Some coworkers were kind and supportive (the few who hadn’t quit yet).

Cons

Working here was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. Management was awful, not just incompetent, but actively abusive. Junior staff like myself were expected to carry the weight of entire teams with zero training and almost no support, while the managers sat back, barked orders, and offered nothing but criticism. There was no guidance or mentorship and when you tried to raise concerns, you were belittled in front of others. It was emotionally draining and completely unsustainable. The toxic culture ran deep; gossip, fear, and manipulation were normalized. No surprise that half the staff has already quit. The high turnover is a direct reflection of how poorly people are treated here. I’ve never felt so undervalued or mentally exhausted in a job. If you’re considering working here, don’t. There are better places that will respect your time, effort, and basic human dignity.
