      New Charter Technologies is a great place to work. Management offers an inclusive environment where employees are allowed good work life balance and flexibility. Are a majority remote workforce that supports clients in multiple timezones, New Charter really has it dialed in with up to date technologies and communication tools and invests in giving employees the tools needed to succeed in their role.

      Cons

      The rapid pace at which we achieve goals and complete projects is not for everyone, You really have to be good at time management when working for this company.

      Exciting and growing, never boring, so many opportunities to learn and grow. The potential is unlimited within the organization, based only on your capacity and willingness to apply yourself. The organization is doing everything possible to move in the right direction.

      A little disconnected from some other locations; it's hard to be connected all across the country!
