I got this job while in college for business and I was learning so much about the real world that college simply doesn't give. I was surrounded by great people, real leaders, and just overall people with great attitudes and a lot of them were people who worked their way from the bottom as a testament that if you put in the time & effort you can get pretty far.

Not sitting at a desk for long periods of time, it can get tiring because you have to be moving a majority of the work day.

Excellent at teaching how to lie to people: employees, new hires, and customers.

Everything about this company, owner, employees is crap. They are professional liars. All the systems you learn are just in place to help you become a successful liar, but the moment you start to question ANYTHING, you get a convo and will either be sent home or fired. They don't need you. And if you have ANYONE you love in your personal life, you must be willing to choose work over them. Because any speck of personal life you had prior to working here is GONE. They will literally preach it in the office every morning. Sacrifice time now for time later. But that time will never come. Everything they tell you is a lie. This business will only work for you if you are willing to work and commit every moment outside of work to this business.
