      Good for someone looking to start career. Could be high paying if you enter an experienced role and negotiate well. Flexible working hours.

      No real room for growth. Low income. Except you work at HQ, management at region could be very poor.

      Cons

      Worst working environment. Salary is terrible. They will most likely breach your contract. They don’t treat employees well and sadly it’s the Nigerians that are involved in all this mess. HR department is completely useless.
