      Bad salary Terrible management The company only cares about profit Break times are always kept to the bare minimum(10min) They’ll expect you to handle Level 1, Level 2, and even more advanced tasks...

      Pros

      Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

      Cons

      Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.
