      The pay was decent and I was able to work from home.

      Cons

      Horrible corporate culture and serious lack of communication. They don't care about you. They'll recruit you, chew you up, and spit you out.

      Pros

      Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

      Cons

      Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.
