After you no longer work there whether it's termination or your choice of leaving, they expect you to do like a months more work free of charge.

Owners are the administrators so you will be fired for any opinions. Unprofessional. Inappropriate language, use of illegal drugs at the agency during business hours, disregard for all employees, threats of being fired constantly, unpaid, asked to do illegal billing and note writing, and just a overall horrible place to work.
