Company culture is everything at NHS, which remains my biggest highlight. I’ve genuinely felt valued here from the start. It doesn’t feel like you’re just another number; there’s a real effort to recognize people and make them feel seen.
Teams are supportive, and people actually want their peers to succeed. It’s an environment where you can grow while also feeling appreciated for your contributions.
Cons
