Pros
Helping clients with their daily needs & building a relationship with them is the job highlight. Training was substantial, some was even online. My first supervisor was great, but was switched to a new supervisor after 90 days. There appears to be no supervisor for the area that I worked in (campus) or else they're leaving before they ever really get started.
Cons
It was hard to overcome hearing the C.E.O. bad mouth several staff behind their backs on my first day. On the floor, the general consensus is that she doesn't understand the most basic job requirements. I'd assume lack of trust is why everyone was leaving.
