Micromanagement is the norm Very high turn over- not just "normal" turnover because of this field of work No transparency or communication between senior team/management and employees Passive aggressive managers who do not accept feedback No opportunities for growth- despite promises made to employees Senior team is aware of these problems- for at least two years, people have been giving this feedback. They willfully ignore it and make no attempts at meaningful change.

Clinical, Advocacy and Shelter teams were amazing people led by amazing people.

There was a significant disconnect between upper management and understanding of the work being done by the employees.
