      Pros

      It sounds cliche, but there isn't any one (or at least, very few) at this company I don't enjoy working with. There's great comradery and not a lot of pressure, because everyone is already results-oriented.

      Cons

      Lots of time spent on the computer. Hard work is expected, but work-life balance is respected.
