      Team - Intelligent and capable coworkers, with a variety of interesting backgrounds Culture - Highly collaborative and academic. Leadership is relatively transparent and actively solicits upward feedback Work - Interesting and varied subject matter for a strong roster of clients. No arbitrary rework which plagues so many other consulting firms Hours - Better work life balance than most consulting firms. Travel is minimal
