Friendly and flexible staff. Even the larger department I was a part of were very easy to get a hold of for when I had questions. They will hold you accountable, but as long as you're making an honest effort, you will be treated with understanding and offered reasonable support.

Sometimes my emails would get lost, and I'd have to reach out to people in person. Thankfully, it was usually easy to get a hold of people.

There were not many according to me.

People are not open to innovative approach, too much internal politics and the hidden rule is you have to cater to everyone's egos to get any real opportunity.
