Pros
New tools are being tested. I don't think there is a better company in Turkey in terms of learning. It is a comfortable and relaxed place to work.
Cons
Salaries are low, there is office work. There is no hybrid working model. There is no overtime pay. There are limited technology resources, especially GPU and TPU.
