This agency is serious about making a difference in the lives of low-income/vulnerable populations. The agency is family friendly, and has a team approach. Although the pay is somewhat low, it is made up for by generous PTO and holiday pay. The agency as a whole attempts to make a positive difference in the lives employees, as well as clients served through the agency.

Pay could be better but agency does a good job at providing other benefits to make up for the low pay.
