NT CADCAM are a great company to work for, the Directors are very approachable and the staff are generally team players and will help wherever they can. In Sales, it can be a very fast moving environment and quite pressuring at times but also very exciting. Sales is a rewarding position within the company, the company look after you really well. Hard Work though! Being driven, determined and dedicated really is a must! Excellent progression opportunities.
Cons
Working out of hours when responding to urgent stuff, getting quotes done etc. Sometimes awkward but necessary at times to stay on top of things even if you have good time management skills.
