Pros
-management really cared about residents -very engaged staff -management willing to work with staff on scheduling -provided services and help to home visit clients, not just babysitting -very clean -staff more respectful to residents than I have seen in other companies in this industry
Cons
-very low budget -one state they operated in attempted to cut funding and then got very hostile toward company so staff was subject to surprise inspections, personally being called into CPS tribunals, and other forms of harassment
