Work life balance is good, owners are fair and hard working, has a great name in the Natural Products world and customers value the relationships built

some pressure to hit numbers , but this happens at all sales organizations

Some of the employees are nice and genuinely good at what they do. The sales rep’s are friendly too and I genuinely liked the work I did.

Most of those same employees will stab you in the back at every opportunity if it makes them look good for a second. Impulsive, bully-like environment and management style. Management does not honor their word or communicate deadlines properly, making it impossible to manage a workload. People are often made fun-of behind their backs making it a hostile work environment. The company isn’t evolving quick enough either. Reacts to the market rather than being proactive. In the 8 months I worked there I watched 3 employees get fired or quit without notice. One of those for legitimate reasons but the others did nothing to warrant being let go without notice. Benefits are awful and frequently complained about as you don’t have an option if you are FT employee about whether to participate in the terrible health insurance plan. Pay isn’t competitive either.
