This job gave me the opportunity to impact kids from a variety of backgrounds! Its a tough job but it can be rewarding. If you are getting into the field for the stacks of money search elsewhere! but if your getting into it to make the world a better place then you are in the right place. My advice be consistent and show up on time! kids see those who slack off

None at this time, have a good afterwork plan

The owner and administrator were very nice people who let you do your job and did not micro-manage. Co-workers were high character and did their best to help and be good role models for the kids. The homes were very nice and clean, and the kids were well cared for.

No medical benefits, and little paid time off. At risk teens can be very difficult to work with- at any facility, not just here. Not a career type job, but great experience.
