      Great organization to work for - amazing colleagues, an inspiring environment

      Cons

      Like any organization, HR is there to protect the company & leadership. This means that bad apples in management will stay and cause collateral damage leaving ICs to fend for themselves with little support. If you have a bad manager, run - don't walk - since you will not receive any help.
