Pros
- Summer Internship, Junior Sales, and Inside sales roles are all a great intro into the world of sales - Full time roles (IS and up) are given 16 tickets complimentary each season - Offseason is somewhat relaxed (November and December are very slow) - Certain clients you manage can make great career connections
Cons
- Office politics and petty rivalries dominate the workplace and management - Commission is very low relative to amount of revenue brought in - Employees were routinely told they were “instantly replaceable” and treated as such - Required to work majority of home games (70+). 11-12 hour days are routine and over a homestand you may work 19 consecutive days - Culture was not great. Over 15 employees in the same department left / were forced out over the span of a few months. Workloads were increased with no explanation or timeframe for relief. - Work/life balance is non existent in season (March-October) - Longtime and well respected employees treated very poorly with no room to grow. Left to their own devices when looking for any career outside of the organization.
