Pros

Other that it was close to my home, the job itself has no pros

Cons

Where should I start... Lack of structure and poor scheduling: Management fails to provide work schedules in a timely manner. It is impossible to plan your personal life, studies, or a second job because you never know your hours in advance. Understaffing and burnout: The store is constantly understaffed due to management choices. Employees are regularly overworked, forced to cover multiple areas at the same time (e.g., managing fitting rooms, training new staff, and running cash registers simultaneously), leading to a chaotic and stressful environment. Micromanagement and toxic atmosphere: Communication from some assistant managers is condescending, disrespectful, and lacks empathy. There is an unhealthy obsession with micromanaging minor issues (like tiny cash register discrepancies) instead of supporting the staff. Restrictive and non-inclusive culture: There is a lack of openness regarding international staff; simple daily interactions in native languages between colleagues are discouraged under the excuse of "bothering clients," creating a repressive atmosphere.
