      People I worked with were like family.

      Cons

      Several leadership changes in a short period of time. Production orders have been decreasing and lost a big customer. Work environment is dirty and hot Leaders ask for feedback but discount it. Many rounds of layoffs Benefits are expensive

      -Great teams in both locations! -Business growth potential. The new TN plant is positioning the company for growth in the eastern US. -Leaders value their people

      -The company is working to overcome "sins of the past." The business had been mismanaged, so there's a bit of work to do. But, it's all good!
